Patient-centered Pharmaceutical Care

Pharmaceutical care is the direct, responsible provision of medication-related care for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a patient’s quality of life. To pursue patient-centered care, we evaluate the effectiveness and safety of drugs for each individual and investigate the risk factors related to their responses.

Clinical Pharmacogenomics

Pharmacogenomics is the study of how genetic variations influence an individual's response to medications. We explore these genetic impacts on treatment outcomes using techniques such as candidate-gene approach, genome-wide association studies (GWAS), and in-silico analysis.

Risk Prediction Modeling

A risk prediction model in pharmaceutical care is a tool used to assess the likelihood of treatment outcomes in patients in advance. We predict drug responses using both traditional statistical methods and machine learning algorithms, thereby optimizing treatment outcomes and develop personalized care strategies.
